Career Highlights:
I believe my tenure at California Pizza Kitchen gave me an excellent set of tools and experience to be successful in the hospitality industry as an operator and training and development expert. I received company recognition during my time at California Pizza Kitchen including: Regional Training Manager of the Year, Certified Training Store of the Year, and Operator of the Year.
Most recently, I have successfully applied that knowledge and passion to create the management onboarding and training program for Mendocino Farms. I worked with the VP of Training to develop all training materials, communication, and SOPs for our managers, trainers, and hourly team members. I supported the People Department and Regional Directors with manager recruiting and hiring when necessary. I also led the committee for all holiday events, created and ran developmental workshops and meetings, and spearheaded company culture at the office.
