- November - Annual Partner calls with CHART to set plans and schedule for following year.
2026 Partner Marketing & Event Calendar
- January 1 – Make a resolution to post your Partner digital badge if you have not done so already.
- January 7 – For the New Orleans Conference, Partners may offer non-member clients a $200 discount off the nonmember conference rate. Use code CHART-PARTNER.
- January 15 – Secure your additional conference sponsor opportunities: Hospitality Suite, coffee breaks, wifi, etc.
- February 15 – New Orleans Digital Marketing Flyer due.
- February 15 – New Orleans Partner Video due.
- February 25 – New Orleans Logo Item giveaway due.
- March 2-5 – Winter Conference at the New Orleans Marriott. Registration is open. Enter the code PARTNER for the member rate. Resource Gallery is Monday, February 23 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm.
- May 16-19 – National Restaurant Show in Chicago, IL. If you are attending, we will provide you details on the CHART speakers and reception.
- June 1 – For the Boston Conference, Partners may offer non-member clients a $200 discount off the nonmember conference rate. Use code CHART-PARTNER.
- June 1 – Secure your additional conference sponsor opportunities: Hospitality Suite, coffee breaks, wifi, etc.
- July 10 – Boston Digital Marketing Flyer Due.
- July 10 – Boston Partner 45-second Video due.
- July 10 – Boston Logo Item giveaway due. Let us know what you are sending, if anything, and ship to hotel, Attn. Tara Davey, CHART Conference, by August 1.
- July 23 - Boston Printed Marketing Flyer Due - Please have delivered to the hotel, attention Tara Davey, CHART Conference, to be distruibuted in registration bags.
- July 26-29 – Summer Conference at Shearton Boston Hotel. Registration is open. Enter code PARTNER for the member rate. Resource Gallery is Monday, July 27 from about 3:30 - 6:00 pm.

Conference Breakout Sessions & Webinars – Submit a proposal. Selected on a rolling basis.
Regional Training Forums – Offered throughout the year. View the Calendar as they are often added last minute. Although open to operators and members only, CHART Partners are offered the opportunity to attend, host, or be considered to present a session.
Training Articles/Training Flash e-Newsletter – Trainer Articles are posted within two weeks of receipt. The Training Flash e-newsletter that features the articles goes out approximately twice per month. Partners may submit one blog per year. NOTE: Make sure you are actively subscribed to and receiving the Training Flash.
Hospitality Management Today & Food Service Focus – The member blogs are also featured in these weekly publications. Additional advertising opportunities may be offered for the Hospitality Management Today and Food Service Focus.
Social Media Posts – CHART engages (like, share, comment) daily with our members and partners on social media. We will do up to three focused posts per year for partners if there is something specific you would like us to promote on your behalf. Email lisa@chart.org. And, remember to tag @CHARTtrainers or use the hashtag #CHARTtrainers when you post on social media.
flipCHART Newsletter – Members-only, the flipCHART print and digial newsletter comes out monthly. The main partner contact is subscribed.

- Company Description – Which appears on CHART Partners and Recommended Resources (including correct 3-5 categories for search dropdown*).
