Company Name: Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

In 1969, Dan Evins opened an old country store that greeted drivers along the expanding Tennessee Interstate with homestyle cooking and hospitality. Created from scratch with hard work, a mission of Pleasing People, strong values, and genuine Southern hospitality, Cracker Barrel was formed. Today, Cracker Barrel is a vibrant business grounded in a clear mission. Our brand is a home-away-from-home where everyone is welcome. Eggs sizzle, biscuits bake, and the scent of hickory smoke rises. We balance preserving the things that make us unique with the changes that propel us forward.
