Learning & Development Menu and Food Systems Program Manager
Job Description
The Learning & Development Menu & Food Systems Program Manager is responsible for the coordination of people and processes to ensure training solutions for food systems and culinary initiatives are delivered on time and produce the desired results. This role will evaluate the effectiveness of training solutions, make recommendations based on performance outcomes, and work with stakeholders to assess return on investment. The L&D Program Manager will also provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams, oversee the development of training communication, and assist with strategic project implementation and administration, as needed.
Job Requirements
• Lead project-based work and manage interdependencies between various programs and implementations.
• Measure program performance and effectiveness of learning solutions using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Highlight inefficiencies in learning tools, processes, and workflows in order to close gaps.
• Partner with business owners to define learning objectives and desired outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and maintain comprehensive program and project documentation.
• Coordinate internal resources and ensure that all program deliverables and associated projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Demonstrate understanding of the organization’s mission, values, goals and priorities and an ability to ensure that all are considered in developing training solutions.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with a wide range of audiences including senior management and executive leadership.
• Efficiently and effectively manage multiple, complex, and results-oriented projects with quick turn-around requirements.
• Adhere to confidentiality and business ethics; demonstrate outstanding judgment and discretion.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
