Director of Learning & Development • Firebirds Wood Fired Grill
Tammy Calhoun is the Director of Learning and Development for Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. In her role she manages the educational and developmental initiatives for all levels of operations, from senior managers to hourly team members.
Prior to joining Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Tammy was a Management Training & Development Specialist for Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores for three years, where she taught restaurant and retail managers leadership skills. Prior to joining Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores, Tammy was a Training Manager for O’Charley’s for eighteen years. Tammy found her passion for teaching others while opening new restaurants for O’Charley’s and knew that making connections with people and helping them achieve their goals is what she was cut out to do for her career.
