Jesse is a hospitality industry veteran with over 18 years of operations and training experience. He has spent the last 6 years focused on the field of instructional design and learning technologies.
Jesse's current role is Senior Learning Architect at Buffalo Wild Wings . His team is responsible for the creation of training curriculum, eLearning courses, instructional materials, and the administration of learning technologies.
Jesse has earned two certifications in Instructional Design from the Association of Talent Development (ATD). He is a member of the eLearning Guild and ATD. He has been an active member of CHART since 2016, in a number of different capacities including Learning Legacy recipient, conference presenter, webinar contributor, and now serving on the Board of Directors as the Education Strategist.
