AllerTrain by MenuTrinfo Joins Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART) As New Silver Partner
The Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART) is pleased to announce a new sponsor relationship with AllerTrain, a manager-level, food allergy and gluten-free training course.
WESTFIELD, NJ, February 6, 2018 – The Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART) is pleased to announce a new sponsor relationship with AllerTrain, a manager-level, food allergy and gluten-free training course.
“When people dine out, they look to team members within the restaurant or bar to be knowledgeable about their menu items. The more that we can train our team members regarding potential allergens in foods and beverages the better we can guide guests to make better dining choices for themselves,” said Michele Lange, CHART President and Director of Training and Development of The Habit Burger Restaurants, LLC. “Hospitality training professionals within CHART will look to AllerTrain as a resource for their allergen training initiatives.”
"Partnering with CHART is a great step forward for AllerTrain by MenuTrinfo, LLC and the hospitality industry. Our mission is to protect lives and health through training, and our AllerTrain's ANSI accredited food allergy and gluten-free training classes have been leading this mission since 2011,” said Betsy Craig, CEO, Co-founder, and Master Trainer of AllerTrain, a company under the MenuTrinfo umbrella. “AllerTrain Lite is mandated in states such as Illinois and Maryland, and we are thrilled to share our knowledge with the great professionals who call CHART their training resource home.”
