February 1, 2021 - Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART) is offering its full Hospitality Training Competency program through the Hospitality Training LIVE virtual series in 2021. This is the first time that all workshops in the program will be offered in a single year. The Hospitality Training Competency program consists of 12, four-hour workshops, that will be offered periodically throughout the year. The workshops are organized into four roles: Trainer, Instructional Designer, Manager, and Executive.
Hospitality Training LIVE series will take place in March, June, September, and October. Each series will include 2-4 of the competency workshops. In addition to the workshops, there will also be Mini Con sessions in March and June, featuring a keynote presentation, small-group breakout sessions, and networking opportunities.
Participants may register to attend any or all of the workshops ($79/workshop for members, $99/workshop for non-members), and can choose to attend Mini Con sessions along with the competency workshops (no additional charge for workshop participants), or independently from any other programming ($49 for one Mini Con, or $89 for both). Trainers who complete all three workshops in a single track receive a Certificate of Track Completion, and those who complete all 12 workshops will receive a Certificate of Program Completion.
