NRA/ServSuccess /AHLEI move up to Platinum, PlayerLync moves up to Gold, and six new Partners came on board
WESTFIELD, NJ, October 21, 2019 – The Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART) is pleased to announce that its Sponsor Partner Program is the strongest it has ever been, growing 29% from 15 partners in 2018 to 21 in 2019.
“The National Restaurant Association (NRA) is our longest-standing Partner, and has supported CHART since 1998, “ said Serah Morrissey, CHART President and Senior Director of Human Resources for InterContinental Hotel MSP. “We have benefited from a more than 20 year partnership with the NRA, working together to transform training in the hospitality industry. PlayerLync is also a very committed and active Partner, working to create modern learning solutions for the mobile workforce. We are delighted that the NRA/ServSuccess/AHLEI has increased their level of commitment to Platinum Partnership, and that PlayerLync has moved up to Gold Partnership.”
In addition, CHART welcomed:
- Four new Silver Partners: Gilmore Global, Multimedia Plus, Inkling, and SalesBoost
- One new Bronze Partner: EyeSucceed
- One new Alliance Partner: Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance (MFHA)
Current trends point to the importance of a strong partner program. The recently released 2019 Trends in Hospitality Training and Development Study by CHART and TDn2K reported that 75% of hospitality companies are using external resources for training solutions, up from 67% in 2017. “As CHART member trainers strive to do more with less, they are increasingly seeking proven resources such as the companies represented in CHART’s Partner Program for solutions to everyday training challenges,” said Morrissey.
Also continuing their Partnership with CHART are:
Silver: DiscoverLink, HotSchedules, Legacy Event Productions, TDn2K, ViaTech, Wisetail, and World Manager
Bronze: Creative Restaurant Solutions and People & Performance Strategies
