    Patrick, I really liked the Washington Hospitality Article. I'm sharing it and all the great ideas in it with my colleagues at work. Even if some are not necessarily applicable directly to our organization, I feel that they can all spark conversations that lead to more ideas! Thanks for sharing it in true CHART fashion.
