Spirit of CHART Award

This award is presented to CHART members who have assisted in moving our organization forward through contributions that have been above and beyond expectations. The Spirit of CHART Award represents the essence of a CHART member's commitment to excellence, quality and service.

The Spirit of CHART Award is only available to active CHART members and industry representatives who are not currently serving in an officer's position. The individuals receiving this award should represent CHART in the following ways:

  1. As a demonstrated Leader who is aligned with CHART's mission and vision.
    • Is a public ambassador for CHART;
    • Maintains a high level of involvement;
    • Promotes harmony and teamwork; and
    • Respects and promotes CHART's culture.
  2. As an Advocate and practitioner of continuous learning.
    • Embraces responsibility and accountability; and
    • Willingly shares with CHART colleagues (i.e. Mind Center, Breakout sessions, Power Panels, Mentor).
  3. As a Contributor to the development of innovative activities to enhance CHART's reputation.
  4. As a Model Member who is open to suggestions, ideas and feedback while fostering a participatory environment.

The Spirit of CHART Award is presented at the Monday night Commitment to People Award Dinner during CHART's Summer conference. Our recognition event each year is very much enhanced as we celebrate the achievements of the recipients of the very special Spirit of CHART Award.
