This is one session executive members will not want to miss as it is designed to provide real-life leadership lessons on how executives from CHART have continued to keep their careers relevant in times of tremendous change. Panel members will share their personal and leadership stories and experiences on how they have evolved their careers to be the right person for every situation. They'll explore the need to embrace taking risks. This session will be a high energy and lively exchange of "how to" and "what not" in keeping your company and career relevant and successful. Attendees will leave with practical insights, expansive thought processes and relevant ideas for how they can be the right person in every situation - every time.
