What do I wear?
Attire for the entire winter conference is business casual. Monday night is our Flashback Forty Anniversary party. We invite you to where a style of clothes you were wearing in the 70’s when CHART was founded. Bring casual clothes for the service event on Sunday if you choose to participate. More details about what the service event may involve will be provided.
When should I arrive and depart?
If you are participating in any of the Saturday Pre Conference Workshops, you need to arrive Friday night or early Saturday morning. First Time Attendees should plan to arrive in time for the First Time Attendee Meeting at 5:30 p.m. Saturday night. The First Time Attendee meeting is very strongly recommended for attendees who have never attended a CHART conference. All attendees should arrive in time for the opening Cocktail reception Saturday night. Not a standard meet & greet, the opening reception is designed to make attendees feel included from the start, making sure that you have met people early on and are getting the most out of the conference. The Conference starts at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. The Conference ends on Tuesday at 12:30 p.m.
What should I bring?
Bring business cards and any logo items you want to add to the give-away table to share with CHART members (people bring company mugs, t-shirts, hats, pens, calculators, etc. to leave out for other attendees).
What is the First Time Attendee Meeting?
CHART is a unique, personal, intense association of members, and we want to make sure that Trainers who attend a conference for the first time understand how the sessions will go, how to get the most out of their three days, and give them an opportunity to meet people early and feel comfortable networking right from the start. The First Time Attendee Meeting is for anyone attending a CHART conference for the first time, and for the 10 Mentors who will help guide them through it contributing freely and getting the most out of their time as they can.
