JoEtta Barnes is the Director of Field Training and New Store Opening for Perkins Restaurants and has spent more than 25 years in various roles with the organization.
JoEtta’s career began with Perkins & Marie Callender’s in 1986 as and soon realized that hospitality was her passion.
Serving on the New Store Opening Team and opening 100+ new corporate and franchise restaurants, she gained valuable insight on the business as a whole and developed a passion for the growth and development of others.
Continuing on the developmental pathway she became Special Project coordinator, assisting the brand with initiatives and talent development, and then on to Manager of Field Training,
She now serves as the Director of Field Training and New Store Openings for over 400 franchise and corporate restaurant in over 15 states. In this role she directs the execution of Perkins systems and standards while serving as an ambassador of the brand with our managers and employees.
