Gabe has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry working in many positions in Operations from being a fry cook, to a Restaurant General Manager all the way to his current position as Vice President of Operations Support and Training for Del Taco.
The combination of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and extensive hands-on experience in the hospitality industry enables Gabe to coach and lead cross-functional areas throughout the business. He is an innovative thinker with a focus on developing and implementing successful business systems and procedures to maximize results.
Gabe joined the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers in 2009 and has been an active participant in the organization ever since. From serving on conference teams, mentoring first time attendees, hosting Regional Training Forums (RTFs) to his current position serving on the Board of Directors, Gabe is passionate about serving the members of the organization to enhance training and development throughout the hospitality industry.
