Chris is a Training Manager for Tavistock Restaurant Collection, based in Orlando, FL. Tavistock Restaurant Collection is a family of upscale dining brands, including: Abe & Louie’s, AquaKnox, Atlantic Fish Co., Atlas, Blackhawk Grille, Cafe del Rey, Canonita, Canvas Restaurant & Market, Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen, Coach Grill, Joe’s American Bar & Grill, Napa Valley Grille, Timpano and ZED451. Tavistock Restaurant Collection's hospitality experience stems from its parent company, Tavistock Group, a private investment organization rooted in the service sector among other global luxury brands.
In his role with Tavistock, Chris supports the West Coast and Florida markets with Training & Recruiting needs ensuring systems and procedures are in place. Prior to coming to Tavistock in 2017, Chris spent a year as a Regional Training Manager for Buffalo Wild Wings and prior to that was with Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill for 12 years. With Smokey Bones, he started as an hourly employee and quickly worked through every position and into management. His earned his first General Manager role in 2012 with Smokey Bones.
