Blueprint for Trainer Development:
a Customized Competency Model for the Hospitality Industry

In collaboration with Batrus Hollweg International (BHI), CHART has developed a Blueprint for Trainer Development that provides the professional benchmarks necessary for helping trainers to grow and provide greater value to their respective organizations. This landmark study defines the competencies necessary for success across a variety of roles in hospitality training.

Effective training results in increased employee job satisfaction, better retention and lower turnover; it also translates into greater savings and better guest experiences.
